Treasure Trove Tuesday - This Week's Thrifting Finds
20 March
I have some new thrifted treasures to share with you!
If you're new here, I occasionally share what I've found while out thrifting. Most of these items will make their way to my Etsy shop, Little Boho Cottage, and some will not leave my clutches! 😁
So ring-a-ding-ding, let's get on with this thing!.... I don' know... that sounded pretty clever in my head! Let's just go with it mmmkay?
I thought this vintage lighted makeup mirror was pretty cool. I can remember my mom using one similar... she might still!
This one has both a regular mirror and it flips for a magnifying mirror on the other side. It also has several "fancy" settings... Normal Makeup Setting, Day, Office, and Evening!
Price $4.99, Value $25 - $30
I am keeping these vintage brown drinking glasses.
I now have blue, green, yellow, clear, and these new brown vintage glasses!
Price $5 for 4 glasses
A pair of Vera napkins with butterflies!
You can read about Vera Neumann on the Vera website and according to this guide, I think these napkins are late 1950's.
Price $1.99 for the pair, Value $8 - $10
This little plate is so cute don't you think?
It still has the original sticker on the back too.
Price $1.99, Value $12 - $14
I thought the flowers on this vintage bamboo flute were so pretty!
When I looked these up, I found such a wide range in prices... anywhere from $7 all the way up to over $100!
Price $1.99, Value... I'm going to take a wild guess and say $18 - $20
This cute mug is petite in size, it will hold about half the amount of a normal cup of coffee!
Markings on the bottom say "Made in Finland".
Price .99 cents, Value $8 - $10
All of these little bells were in a bag together.
They are all marked "India".
This one is my favorite and I'll be keeping it.
This one was also in the bag. It has kind of a cool leather strap.
Price $4.99 for the whole bag, Value $6 - $8 each for the small ones, $14 - $16 for the large one.
I love this bright, colorful hand-painted fish plate!
It is made of clay and has holes for hanging.
Price $1.99, Value $18 - $20
That's it this week, what do you think? Do you have a favorite?

Lots of great finds. I do still use a make-up mirror similar to that! And these days i use the magnifying side!! LOL! That fish is cuter in the picture than i originally thought and the rooster plate is a hoot!
ReplyDeleteSo many cute finds. I agree with you--I think that bell is the cutest!!
ReplyDeleteGreat bunch of goodies this week! I like the rooster plate - so cute! Anything by Vera is a good seller for me. But my favorite find was the bells. I have a bunch of ones similar to that and I tied them all on a string and have them hanging in my bedroom.
ReplyDeleteHello, just wanted to mention, I loved this post.
ReplyDeleteIt was funny. Keep on posting!

I thought you might still be using a makeup mirror. I remember sitting at yours sometimes but I've always just stood at the bathroom sink to do my makeup. The rooster plate cracked me up :o)

I have a string of bells like that too. I was thinking about trying that when I list them too.
