The smoke from all the fires has finally cleared out where I live and it's safe to go outside again! Yippee!

It was certainly a little bit depressing, but I always get a little depressed when the weather is crappy. I just want to bake cookies but I can't have cookies because I'm trying to diet so THAT's depressing too!

But the last two days have been just beautiful so I ventured out to do something that always lifts my spirits... thrift shopping!!

They are trivets! I love all things made in this style!

I liked this owl print too... not necessarily the frame though... I'll probably redonate that. I have a plan for this print... it's simple but I think it will look so good... stay tuned!!

These three little Christmas ornaments are so cute. I will be selling these.

I found several of these vintage satin souvenir pillow covers at the estate sale. I have never seen any like these I picked up. I love this one and will probably be keeping it!

And a whole box of vintage Mary Engelbreit Home Companion magazines!! These all still have the paper dolls too which is amazing!

I thought this planter was so pretty! I am not sure what I'll do with it yet, but I will most likely keep it. Price $2.99

And I liked the color and shape of this container. I think I'll use it in my open kitchen cupboard fall display. Price $2.99.

This salt and pepper set is pretty adorable!

The funny part is that they are marked "Checkoslovakia," but they are a little Mexican couple! 

Finally, I picked up a piece of upholstery fabric for $2.99. I'm planning to use this on my front porch for fall. I'll be sharing my porch decor soon!
