Merry Christmas Porch Decor
24 December
Merry Christmas!
I wanted to share one last area of my home that is decorated for Christmas, my front porch ๐
Merry Christmas Porch Decor
Only a few close friends and family have even seen my Christmas decor this year... well actually, that's pretty much how it is every year ๐
But that doesn't stop me from spreading Christmas cheer all around my home, I love Christmas!!
I'm actually pretty lazy, so I don't put up outdoor lights although I am envious of my neighbor's lights every year and think, "Oh next year..."
But I do decorate outside...
But then... lo and behold... I was at Target a couple weeks ago, strolling the aisles, and found it on clearance... FOR $3.24 ๐ฒ
Good things come to those who wait ๐
I made this Junk Wheel Wreath a couple of years ago during one of the Thrifty Chick challenges. It's interchangeable!! I make the floral, topper piece, as a whole and can change it out for the holidays and seasons! Check out that post to see how I made it.
I restyled the vintage fishing creel basket with Christmas greenery I already had and some rusty reindeer bell ornaments. You can see with fall decor here: Fall Front Porch.
I have several of these vintage folding chairs in different colors... green, yellow, and orange, so I use them throughout the year, a different color for each season or holiday.
I've had the little primitive snowman for years and my dad made these little Christmas trees one year from the pointy ends of some grape poles (similar to poles you grow hops on).
So far I have a fall topper (you can see it in the how-to post), a Valentine's Day topper, and a Spring/Easter topper... but the Christmas one is my favorite by far.
This little guy looks so happy to be wearing a Santa hat, doesn't he!! ๐
You can see the rest of my Christmas decor if you missed it here:
