I've had pretty good luck during my last couple of thrifting sprees so I thought it was time to share!
If you are new here, I regularly shop at thrift stores and garage sales for items that I can resell in my Etsy shop, Little Boho Cottage. I share what I have found during my latest sourcing trips and include the price I paid and what I think I can sell it for in my shop!
Some of the items I find are for me to keep, some go straight into my shop, and some of them are supplies for crafting.

I picked this up because of the adorable graphics on the box but after I purchased it, I saw the "Toys R Us" sticker on the front and was disappointed thinking it's not really vintage.
But upon further investigation and research, I think it is vintage after all from the very early 1960's! Here are my clues:
- The address information on the back of the box has a 5-digit zip code which we started using in 1963.
- But it also has New York state abbreviated with periods, N.Y. The periods disappeared right around that same time.
- Toys R Us originated in 1957 (check out this interesting article: Inside the Rise and Fall of Toys R Us).
- The graphics are in line with the 1960s.
- The foam eraser inside is all but disintegrating😂
Price $.99 cents, Value $12 - $14.
This little framed vintage postcard is so sweet and will be perfect to add to my spring decor!
