Treasure Trove Tuesday - This Week's Thrifting Finds

06 September
Hello! It's been a few weeks... almost a month actually... since I've done a TTT post! I skipped it during my week long celebration for National Thrift Shop Day. If you missed those posts, I made over a thrift shop find every day for seven days, check them out here: 7 Days of Thrift Shop Flips for National Thrift Shop Day. This one is day 7 and the links for all the rest of the flips are at the bottom of that post.

I am back today though with some treasures to share ;o)

thrifting finds

These vintage mugs look like they've never been used, I love the blue and yellow flowers.

Price .99 cents each, Value $12 - $14 for the pair.

This jewelry box is so very 1960's!

Price $1.99, Value $10 - $12.

Vintage mushroom salt and pepper set, Price $1.50, Value $8 - $10.

The items above will all be going to my Etsy shop, Little Boho Cottage.

I think this little spice rack will be cute painted.

Price .50 cents, Value $10 - $12 once painted.

Brass is making a comeback in home decor trends right now, little figurines like this deer are popular again!

Price $2.99, Value $20 - $22.

I fell in love with these little raccoon prints!

They are prints made from the original drawings by Joyce Nichols.

Aren't they adorable?!

Price $2.99 each, Value $15 - $18 when framed.

This is a new item, but since subway art is still pretty popular I picked it up. Price $2.99, Value $14 - $16.

Pyrex is HOT where I live right now, it sells like hot cakes in the antique mall where I have my booths! A set of 4 nesting bowls (can't remember the pattern) just sold for over $200.00!!

This pattern is called Town & Country and it debuted in 1963. This is a divided dish and it still has the lid!

Price $3.99, Value $25 - $27.

A vintage 1960's Mid Century Modern lamp. I need to find a shade for it then it will go down to my space at the antique mall.

I love the look! Price $1.00, Value $18 - $20.

Last is a pretty lavender perfume atomizer. This one is not that old since it has plastic parts inside but they seem to be pretty popular at the antique mall so we'll see how this one does.

Price .99 cents, Value $14 - $16.

  1. Those are adorable raccoon prints. We received a set of the mugs for a wedding gift way back when. I think I still have one around somewhere. brass is getting hot around here too. Luckily it is the unpolished kind that is popular - I despise cleaning brass.

  4. Love the 60s look of a lot of your finds, like those mugs and jewelry box. Is that owl collection all vintage? They're gorgeous!

    1. Hi Vanessa, no I don't think the owls are vintage. I found a whole little box of them at Goodwill quite awhile back. They are tiny... only about 2 inches tall each!
