I want to thank you for being here and supporting Little Vintage Cottage, which means the world to me! Whether you have been with me throughout 2019 or you are a newer reader, I am thankful for you!
The year is winding down and it's always fun for me to go back through the blog posts for the year and see which ones were the most popular!

I started off in January of 2019 with a Winter Wonderland Upcycled Clock. It's always a little bit sad to me when all the twinkly and sparkly Christmas decor gets packed up so I created some neutral winter decor to keep the warm cozies going.
I loved how this project turned out and I have this up now too!

Then in February I played around with some fuzzy chenille bump stems and created some Adorable Pipe Cleaner Dolls. These were a lot of fun and I created some freestanding ones too!
I did some work in my dollhouse in March and shared the Dollhouse Kitchen Details. I haven't done a lot with the dollhouse in the last few months but there is still a lot to do and I have some plans to get started with soon!
Our Thrifty Chicks challenges always prove to be popular and for April the challenge item was buttons. I came up with a Button Easter Egg. Hint: This post is a sixfer (like a twofer 😁)... there are links to all 6 of the challenge projects 😉
After the dollhouse kitchen, I moved on to the living room and created a DIY Dollhouse Fireplace.
In June I was so excited to be part of the Thrift the Look challenge. Our challenge for that month was to recreate a cottage inspiration picture of our choosing. I chose to create a Boho Cottage Gallery Wall. You can see the inspiration picture I chose and how my interpretation came out!
For the next four months of the year, the most popular posts were again the Thrifty Chicks challenges! July's challenge was to use old yard tools and I created an Upcycled Yard Tools Wreath and I use the term "wreath" very loosely here!! 😂
August's challenge item was wood kitchen utensils and my Frida Khalo spoon was a hit!
September's item was wheels. I created a Junk Wheel Wreath with a removable seasonal topper piece. I have since created a topper for Christmas as well and I'm so looking forward to creating more!!
For October, the item we had to repurpose was spindles. Here is my project... a Repurposed Spindle Valance!
The announcement for the 12 Days of Christmas Holiday Blog Hop was a hit for November.
And finally, the top post for December was 30+ Upcycled & Repurposed Thrift Store Ideas (more Thrifty Chicks challenges!) where I picked out some of my favorite projects for all the Thrifty Chicks!!
I am really looking forward to sharing another year's worth of inspiration and DIY projects with you! Thank you so much for your support!
